1. General appeal/Cleanliness
The wine should smell clean and fresh. Look out for bad cabbages, old socks, vinegar, almond kernels, pear drops, rotten eggs or anything else unpleasant.

ワインは純粋でフレッシュな香りがすべきです。腐ったキャベツ、古い靴下、酢、アーモンドの種、洋梨キャンディー、腐った卵など不快な臭いがないか調べましょう．
